Accessibility
Last updated: October 9, 2026
vmediasocial is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation or other assistive technology.
Our commitment
We want every visitor — including potential clients and their guests — to be able to read about our services, view our portfolio and contact us, regardless of ability or the device and assistive technology they use.
The standard we follow
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the widely accepted standard for web accessibility and the basis of the ADA's expectations for websites.
What we've done
Across this site we've built in:
- Color and text combinations checked to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios, on both light and dark sections.
- Clear headings, descriptive link text and text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus outline and a skip link to the main content.
- A mobile menu that closes with a click outside, the Escape key, and announces itself to screen readers.
- Respect for the "reduce motion" system setting, so animations are minimized when requested.
- Form error messages that are announced to assistive technology.
Known limitations
Much of this site is photography, so the experience is naturally visual. We describe meaningful images with alternative text and keep all essential information available as text. Some embedded content, such as links to our Instagram posts, is controlled by those platforms.
