Terms of Service

Last updated: October 9, 2026

These terms govern the services provided by vmediasocial. Specific projects are governed by the individual service agreement, quote or invoice agreed with you, which controls if it conflicts with anything here.

Services

vmediasocial provides brand photography, videography, social media management, content strategy and related marketing services. The exact deliverables, timelines, shoot dates and fees for your project are set out in your service agreement, proposal or invoice.

Quotes, deposits & payment

Pricing is quoted per project or as a monthly retainer and confirmed in writing before work begins. Deposits and payment schedules are defined in your service agreement or invoice.

Invoices are payable by the due date listed on the invoice. Late payments may pause scheduled work, postings or deliveries until the account is current.

Scheduling, cancellations & rescheduling

Shoot days and service start dates are reserved once your agreement is signed and any required deposit is received. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible; fees for rescheduling or cancellation, if any, are set out in your service agreement.

Travel outside the local Dallas–Fort Worth area is quoted into the day rate and agreed in writing before booking.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to locations, people, products and brand materials needed for the work, and to secure any permissions required (including property access, model releases for your staff, and rights to any music, logos or trademarks you ask us to feature).

Content ownership & usage rights

Upon full payment, you receive the usage rights to the delivered photos and videos as described in your service agreement (for example web, social media, advertising and press usage).

vmediasocial retains ownership of the underlying creative work and the right to display delivered work in its portfolio, website and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Social media management

For retainer clients, vmediasocial may act on your behalf on your social accounts (posting, replying and community management) within the scope of the agreed strategy. You remain responsible for the accuracy of business information, offers and claims posted on your accounts.

Revisions

Each deliverable includes the number of revision rounds stated in your agreement or proposal. Additional revisions or new requests beyond that scope are quoted separately.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, vmediasocial's total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees paid for the project giving rise to the claim. vmediasocial is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost social media reach.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
